Yes. You remain the registrant. The vault only controls locks, renewals and approvals on your behalf.

Can I take my domains out of the vault?

Any time. Request a release, approve it, and we’ll provide the auth code to move the domain wherever you like.

Which extensions do you support?

All common generic extensions (.com, .net, .org, .eu) and most country codes, including .cz and .sk.

What happens if my card fails?

Renewals are paid from your prepaid vault balance first. If it runs low, we warn you well before any domain is at risk.
